Parsons Elementary is a Korean Dual Language School. In the DLI elementary school program, students spend half of the day learning in English and the other half learning content areas in Korean.  The program launches with kindergarten students and continues through their elementary years.

DLI Registration 2026-2027

If you are not zoned for attendance at Parsons ES, you must provide transportation to and from school.  Registering for DLI also requires registration at the school you are zoned to attend. You must complete both registration processes. DLI Registration opens on March 16, 2026, and closes May 8, 2026, at 3 pm. 

1) Complete the DLI registration paperwork found on the GCPS DLI Website beginning March 16th.

2) Complete the new student two-step process—new student online registration on the district website AND a registration appointment at their child’s assigned elementary school.
